New Platform of Nissan

The Juke is currently using the platform which forms the basis of the Micra, Cube and Renault Capture since 2002. The new generation Nissan Juke is said to be built on the Common Module family B segment platform (CMF-B) which is co-developed with the partner company Renault. It is said that the Nissan will be the second car after the next generation Micra to use this platform.

As the new Juke will use the CMF-B platform, that’s why a new range of Nissan Juke engine will open with engine range of 1.0-litre three cylinder turbo petrol. The previous 1.5-litre diesel engine will remain in existence in the Juke engine line up. A new and range-topper 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine will also introduce itself with the power of 190bhp.

Juke’s cabin will get a broader range of customization options with numerous colours and finishes. Moreover some smart gadgets include a higher quality infotainment system with full Apple CarPlay. Android Auto compatibility is also included to enhance the smart range of the Juke’s gadgets.

The new Nissan Juke has stylish looks as always with high mounted headlights and distinct wheel-arch blisters. Nissan is also aiming to improve the rear legroom which has been criticised in the current Juke. That’s why, Nissan Juke will launch with slightly longer wheelbase.
