Hybrid Hyper Car is becoming a trend these days and Hybrid enthusiasts are seeing Nissan in the action in this field and they have confirmed that the 2016 Nissan GT-R Hybrid will make its public debut at the New York Auto show and it will have 800 horsepower collectively from engine and Hybrid power train.
The 2016 Nissan GT-R Hybrid is likely to rival new Acura NSX, Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1, and Porsche 918 Spyder. “The GT-R has always been the idea of reasonable value for your money but with utmost performance, always beating its far-more expensive rivals,” said Taro Tsujimoto, Director of Applied Technology, Super cars under Nismo, “If a fancy Honda can be deliberate by some to be a Hyper Car, why not make the decisive high-performance car possible?”

The 3.8 litre twin-turbo V-6 is mated to an electric motor and a seven speed dual-clutch gearbox. Two electric motors are fitted directly in the front wheels that can autonomously vector the torque. Nissan says the system is capable of generating a combined output of around 800 hp and 847 lb-ft of torque.

GT-R Hybrid is still subjected to some fundamental changes. measures in order to decrease the weight are everywhere, and no feature was too-small to ignore: the engine air filter has been swapped, the navigation screen is now blanked, the glove box is now made of injection-moulded thermoplastic olefin, and the tire pressure labels have been adjusted by a half-an-inch to lower the centre of gravity of the new GT-R.

The GT-R Hybrid will speed up form 0-60 mph in 2.5 seconds, but engaging Ultra Attack Mode makes it even faster. The new 2016 Nissan GT-R Hybrid will convey supreme enthusiasm on the road, both for its driver and those who ensue to grasp a peep of one on the road.
